El.Gringo? It started as a family adventure. In 2005, we opened our first Mexican fast food restaurant in Lausanne. In 2010, we decided to leave the rue de l'Ale for food trucks, the current restaurant trend, with guaranteed delicious food.

Today, we offer you Mexican cuisine with California style. Our burritos are put together with quality home ingredients of Swiss origin. As to our recipes, they were gathered in the USA and have been in our family for thirty years.

Our food trucks assure us real mobility and bring us to a larger public of Mexican-food fans. We are there to tantalize your taste buds, whether at our regular locations or at festivals. Or maybe you'd like to taste our burritos at home? We also offer a catering service for your private events: Company dinners, birthdays or other celebrations.
